BIKE SAFETY

For Green Ribbon Month, we have been talking about all kinds of Safety. On Friday Officer Kerby, from the Salem Police Department came to our school to talk to the students about Bike Safety. He talked to us about the importance of wearing a Helmet and keeping your bike in good condition. He also talked to us about riding our bikes in the safe zones. The students were very respectful and attentive to him. Mrs. Rudd chose two students who were especially good during the assembly and gave them Bike Helmets. We appreciate our Salem Officers who take the time to help our students and keep us safe.
